Responsibilities and Duties:

As a Senior Software Engineer you will help define the architecture of our applications and translate client needs into visual designs, applying software engineering skills to our entire stack.

• Design and develop high quality software in all tiers of the application and through all phases of the development cycle
• Lead various projects ensuring the solutions are efficient and of high quality
• Analyze performance issues and implement optimizations
• Create automated tests

Skills and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
• Work experience with JavaScript, React, Node, and Postgres, or similar frameworks
• Strong understanding of web application design
• 3 years of experience working with an Object Oriented language
• A firm background on CS topics and OO design
• Experience in unit and integration testing
• Experience working with RESTful APIs
• A good understanding of databases
• Worked in one of the agile methodologies (scrum, Kanban, etc.)
• Exposure to the clinical practice environment or life science is a plus

This role will be based in our Boston office (with flexible working) after government guidance suggests a safe to return to office work. Until that time, this is a remote role. You must be based in Massachusetts.
