Role:

Work as a key member of the BioBright pre-sales team to understand customer requirements, demonstrate key BioBright capabilities and configure or develop software that exercises and demonstrates BioBright API endpoints.

Responsibilities

  • Provide scientific and technical presentations to promote our products and services to new and existing customers
  • Work with the sales team to deliver demonstrations of key BioBright capabilities
  • Understand BioBright capabilities and map these into customer requirements
  • Clearly explain and demonstrate BioBright’s benefits to prospective customers
  • Show and/or create working examples BioBright’s API endpoints
  • Create new demonstrations on a per customer basis as needed
  • Work closely with our customers to understand their needs, analyse their data environment
  • Ability to independently plan and organize work
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems quickly
  • Ability to create and deliver technical demonstrations to scientific audiences
  • Ability to code in Python, Javascript or other scripting language
  • Experience in biology/pharmaceutical field is a plus
    Good analytical and evaluative skills
  • Good written and oral communication skillsExperience in sales, pre-sales, customer service, product management, or quality assurance is a plus

Qualifications

    • Bachelor‘s degree or equivalent in Biology, Chemistry or Computer Science
    • 1-2 working as a software developer in a commercial environment

This position is remote for now but will require some time in the Boston office at 200 Merrimcack Street
